Simon Nicole, BSc (Hons) MCSP Chartered Physiotherapist and BSc (Hons First Class) Sports Rehabilitator

Simon graduated from Cardiff University as a Physiotherapist in February 2006 from a two year accelerated degree. Prior to this, he graduated from St Mary's University College, Strawberry Hill with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, finishing top of his class.
Simon has worked in both the NHS and privately. Alongside his part-time role with Kinesis, he is currently employed at St Georges Hospital, one of London's premier healthcare providers, as a Specialised Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Prior to his involvement with Kinesis, Simon worked for one of Peterborough's top Physiotherapy clinics treating everything from sports injuries to whiplash and low back problems. The clinic had strong ties to the local rowing, hockey, speedway, and ice hockey teams.
Simon provides physiotherapy services for Kinesis at the Hammersmith clinic based at Furnivall Sculling Club. He has worked extensively in sport ranging from the London Towers Basketball team to Peterborough Hockey club and was also privileged to have spent some time shadowing the Welsh Rugby Union Physiotherapist. Simon also worked for a National One Rugby Club. In addition, he has been a Physiotherapist, coach and member of several Rowing clubs. Simon has also helped the individualist in Triathlon, running, cycling and speedway.
Simon is a keen sportsman and has turned his hand to many sports, excelling in swimming, rugby, and rowing and has rowed at the national championships and Henley on many occasions. He has also trialled for Great Britain rowing. Simon has competed in half marathons and cross country races and is a keen cyclist.
Simon's extensive experience, both clinical and sporting, enables him to understand the demands of many sports and working roles, helping to return clients back to full fitness and also help prevent further problems. He embraces the Kinesis philosophy of applying his knowledge of sports performance to treating all conditions, from back and neck pain to sprains, strains and arthritis!
